  • written and verbal fluency in English;
  • MS Office skills;
  • previous experience, especially in particular industry (preferred);
  • Russian language skills (preferred);
  • CRM skills (preferred).

Tavęs laukia

Main responsibilities

  • prepare parking systems and insurance monthly reconciliations;
  • manage speeding tickets and fines received from police and other state institutions;
  • deliver all documents to safe, organize them and maintain order in archives;
  • order stationary and office supplies;
  • handle incoming and outgoing mail;
  • follow-up insurance policy expiration dates, send extended policies to customers;
  • manage fuel card stock and extended cards, order stock cards;
  • issue customer cards.

Atlyginimas: nuo 1000.00 iki 1050.00 (bruto per mėn.)
