Sales Representative

We are offering the following:

• a gross base salary of  €2100 plus sales target commissions (no cap).

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8 – 17 h. 

Your ideal background:

• fluency in English and in Lithuanian – both written and verbal (must have); 
• driver’s license – job requires driving to the clients;
• experience in B2B sales;
• being proactive and enthusiastic person with an “I can do this” mindset.

We would consider as a benefit if you: 

• know Russian or Polish language (ideally – both); 
• have previous experience working with SAP; 
• have a degree in a technical field. 

Your main responsibilities:

• contact industrial companies in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia to open consultative dialogues about ensuring work safety and environmental protection; 
• sell catalogue products via phone;
• visit clients in Lithuania to discuss the best engineering solution for their company; 
• prepare documentation for closing your own deals (using SAP);
• regular communication with clients for maintaining relationships;
• work closely with support from all over the Europe!
