Iš tavęs tikimės

  • good understanding of MS365;
  • analytical thinking;
  • self reliance and good communication skills;
  • Lithuanian, English (C1), Russian is a plus;
  • SQL and/or PowerBI experience is a plus.

Final-year students of Physics or IT are welcome!

Tavęs laukia

  • as a tech support specialist you will be working on incomming requests (email, chat) from internal users on tools and services used within the company, to solve their issues (up to 50% of the time);
  • we expect you to understand processes and issues that users have and provide insights on possible improvements to development teams;
  • in close collaboration with developers you will have to test new features and validate if new features help solve business problems.
